When in Kamloops

My son and I always have a wonderful time when we visit Cliffside's!  Whenever we're on vacation in Kamloops, we try to get in a visit to the climbing gym with friends - we even joined in on a birthday celebration full of 8 year olds the last time we were there.  The kids love climbing and my only wish is that we could do it more often.  The staff are always welcoming and helpful and it's very family friendly.

Great Place for Kids

My kids have been climbing at Cliffside for a while now, and we have always found the atmosphere extremely fun and welcoming.  The climbing coaches are knowledgeable and professional, while also creating a really fun class for the kids.  Climbing is a great sport for kids, because it develops confidence, creativity, strength and endurance--also kids naturally love to climb stuff, so why not allow them to do it in a safe place?  I would recommend Cliffside as a great place to learn the fundamentals of climbing.

My First Climbing Experience

All I can say is wow! My grandchildren convinced me to go climbing, told me I would be fine. Being 70 I was a little skeptical, but figured I would give it a go. The staff at Cliffside were great, very encouraging, they made my first experience rock climbing a great one. For me personally, I love when I can spend time doing activities with  my grandchildren, and this is a wonderful sport and facility to do just that.
